We have moved to calling Land lines now. Please click on NOT READY and LEAVE QUEUE after you close out the call you are attempting. If you are in a survey please complete this before moving to land line calls. When you start enter "land' in the box. Land line calling will have longer lag times for a call to come in. Hi Sarah, your project for today is WI Statewide GOP which is approximately 10 minutes in length. You are collecting completes from Listed First then Any Registered Voter so be sure to ask "Is there another registered voter I can speak with?" Make every contact with the respondent count and make good use of sample on behalf of the client. Jump into your Intro right away and with CONFIDENCE in your voice, no first question hesitation, and be assertive. WI STWD: WISCON STATE SURVEY should ONLY be given IF the respondent insists. If they ask then you will give the name and terminate the survey after you give them the information. However, try to use your rebuttals before giving the name of the sponsor.

Partners, please be cautious when conducting survey, be sure not falsify as this is serious offense and will get you removed from the shift and the platform. Paraphrasing, rewording, skipping information, shortening(or lengthening!), and otherwise not sticking to the script. ● Not reading the Monitoring Disclosure, “This call may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance purposes.” ● Interpreting the script for the respondent by changing the wording is also Falsifying. The script must be read 100% verbatim unless instructed otherwise by a Dynata Supervisor (This will always be communicated to you through messaging in app). If it is necessary to re-read a question or part, the Partner must not paraphrase or reword the script. ● Not recording everything exactly as it is said by the respondent in open-ended questions. Make sure to correct spelling and abbreviations before submission. ● Selecting the wrong answer may result in a deduction per occurrence, or it may be considered as falsification. ● Submitting a survey without a respondent on the line. ● Failure to read any question or coding answers not selected by the respondent are considered falsification.
